Dehydration How To

Symptoms:
Increased thirst, Dry/Sticky Mouth, lethargy, impaired judgement, swollen tongue, low urine output-don't laugh!
What's that golden rule again?
Call 911 if you suspect a person has severe dehydration! Your brain needs water! Afterwards, keep the victim still for as longs as possible. Lying down in the shade is an excellent idea. If possible, apply cool wet clothes to critical areas of the victims body, such as the wrist, neck, collarbone, and inner thighs. Then, give water or juice in small amounts until the victim feels rejuvenated. An excess of liquid may cause the victim to vomit. If severe dehydration continues, rush the subject to a medical center as quickly as possible.
